I am born, and grew up in Thabazimbi – being active was always been my passion and always been intrigued in how the body works. I participate in various sport activities from high school and throughout varsity years, and still are keen on trying different sport events.

I complete my Ba Human Movement Science at NWU, my Honors degree in Biokinetics in Zululand University, and internship at Danie Linde Biokineticist in Alberton.

I enjoy to focus on rehabilitation of sport and general orthopedic injuries, corrective exercises, hydrotherapy and general fitness and weight loss/weight management.
