My passion for many different sports drew me to study Biokinetics. I have a passion for hockey and I am a qualified coach and umpire which have gained me knowledge and experience which I have aimed at my job as a biokineticist. I have been working lately with school level hockey girls and boys and it has sparked my passion for the sport again and matching it with my passion for rehabilitation has led to the success of the girls and boys I have coached. 

I love being outdoors and all things outdoors like cycling, hiking ,walking and swimming and incorporating the outdoors into our sessions give the clients a new sense “freedom” as well as experience in new terrains and more realistic scenarios to real life training situations. Hydrotherapy as a modality for rehabilitation is also an aspect of my job that I really enjoy and the benefits to the patients are immense. The joy and sense of accomplishment that you can see in the patients face when they can do certain movements in the water that they cannot do on land gives us so much satisfaction as a therapist.
